At Out of the Woods, we want you to feel confident in your adventure-ready wardrobe. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
